Been to Jepsons a few times now, the team down there are great and have always provided excellent and prompt customer service with same day repairs on my vehicle. As i work in town it has been super easy to get my car repaired and serviced without the hassle of having to borrow a car or find parking. I recommend this company to anyone who works in town and looking for a trustworthy and good value mechanic team.
The old poor reviews for this business don't apply as this is completely new ownership. They couldn't be friendlier and charged a very fair price for the work, especially as they're right in the heart of town. I was so impressed with the professionalism shown by the mechanics at Jepson Automotive Services. There was a hole in my water pump and I drove straight in, to be offered a drink and a lift. Steve was excellent and managed to find the best deal for me. I highly recommend!
