Only attended 3 x PT sessions here.I havent been around long to make acquanitances .However, I can tell that this is a great place. All members seem to be well acquanited with each other. Have observed a friendly and supportive enviornment. Equipment is of high standard and is in line with what you expect at any powerlifting gym. Lots of weight lifting racks, bench, dumbells etc. Not much cardio equipment (one bike and a rowing machine). Subscription is $20/week for 24/7 access( excl. access pass one off charge i think). Highly reccomend you try this place if you can afford it.
Awesome gym with good facilities and incredible staff. Train here if you want to feel like part of a family.

Best gym in Geelong. Go in try it out and meet a few people the energy is amazing. Wouldn't try anywhere else.
