Absolutely fantastic service. Kirsty went above and beyond for me when I purchased the latest Makita LS1019L saw and stand. There were some issues with the saw, but she literally did everything in her power to rectify the issues and work with me to get me the result I was after. Couldn't recommend these guys more. Unbeatable prices, selection, stock and also with their buying power, if something goes wrong, they'll fix it for you.

Not very informed or helpful staff. More interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. Only go here if you know they have the cheapest price by a significant margin and another more reputable tool shop won't price match/beat
Wanted to purchase a cross line laser - wasn't sure whether to get red or green type. Went into Sydney Tools 2 weeks ago and sales guy Ben was very patient while I tested out several brands and types eventually purchasing the CPI 3TG. I've used it on site several times and it's fantastic. Great advice and great service. Received an email from Ben a few days ago just asking if I how it was going and if I needed anything else.
