After purchasing a set of knives I went beck into the store to order the complete set. The service staff took my name and phone number. 3 months have gone by not a word. I went back into the store today to find out they had not ordered in the knives I wanted, apparently they dont order in product until there stock levels are low. I asked why I wasnt made aware of this when I ordered the knives ? I was given no explanation. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced , I would not recommend giving them your business at all.
