My daughter bought a scarf and a phone cover the lady who served her forgot to take her birthday voucher $35 off so I went back in for the refund and the worker took 20 minutes trying to work out why my daughter was given a 20% off the scarf on the docket???? Her colleague had done that and before walking out of the shop said ring me if there is any problems!! She wouldnt ring but kept saying to me we dont have discounts on them!! My answer was just give me the money so I can get out of here. They only gave me back $25 instead. Firstly your worker forgot to give the discount I then wasted my time coming back and fuel and car park and you still wanted to not cough up the $35 you owed me. Not my fault that you have workers that dont know there job!!Works out that it was 20% offf full priced items even listed on there website and she took it off me and then took $10 off my voucher so really owes me $20. Warning be alert if shopping here!!
Staff are friendly and helpful, wonderful to see staff that are friendly and dont mind helping. I will now do all my Mimco shopping at the Geelong store.
