Machine outdated not looked after . Takes money and doesnt start also then dryer took $5 counted down and didnt spin or heat up. Management came down tapped the door and faulty sensor and then worked . Claimed the washing machine should have worked if I put money in it. Very poor customer service no apologies however off he goes in expensive car with no care. Not to mention $7 for a wash and $1 for 5 minutes drying .Rather go support other businesses around that arent going to rip you off . Geelong $5 a wash, Clifton springs $4 a wash as well as Belmont . Last time Im going to Maitland street . Very poor customer service and terrible machines
