Relatively painless process for the financial separation, but failed to give any advice on custody issues post split. ie how to secure CSA payments of which the ex spouse is now in total control of. Or any advice as to fathers rights to see children and how to secure those rights. Had they given me legal advice and not just acted as a court administrator I would find myself a minimum $6,000 better off and none of the huge headache I'm now left with, having to obtain separate court orders to see my children and gain some control over CSA payments. This was a major error on their part and I personally wouldn't recommend them for legal advice due to their major oversight in this matter.
Tracey took the worry out of everything and followed up on all the finer details making settlement easy.
