Stuffed up big time! Laid it out in three lines, even had a comma to show the line break. Got it back. Two lines and the comma is still included! Still got charged full price even though I said hed done it wrong! No apology just a Im used to how other people write. Seriously? So obviously mr Minit in Westfield doesnt do custom just standardised job and laughs off stuff ups! Not a happy customer and wont be going back to that idiot as he clearly doesnt care.
There is one man in particular who works at the Geelong Westfield Mister Minit who on the numerous occasions I've gotten different things fixed like shoes and watches, keys cut, etc is just FABULOUS, warm nature, listens well, cares about the problem that needs fixing, suggests better ways to do things. Excellent customer service, thank you for the many times I've encountered you, even when I've had toddlers at my feet and am so tired that I'm barely making sense!
i was totally impress with the service i received today. The chap was honest and plesant .i would not hesitate to recommend his service . Also he didn't try to rip me off ,like his opposition near by.I am a very happy customer.
