Carbonara was the best I've had in a while. Cooked well nice size serving. Fast and polite service.
How hard is it? First you charge more than quoted over the phone for takeaway and couldnt justify the reason when paying. Then you get the order wrong. This happens, but when you ask that we pay again for your mistakes and have to ask your boss for permission to deliver it then thats where you lost me. No apology just excuses. Its not hard but some places just cant seem to get it right.
Worst experience Ive ever had a restaurant. Firstly we had booked the restaurant for a large group over the phone and had asked if they had spilt payment which they said they did, only to find out later once we had finished our meals that they dont.While waiting for our food the owner or manager came up to our tables telling us to be quiet, even though the restaurants atmosphere was already loud. Then when finally receiving some of our meals they were burnt or were horrible. Also when ordering they understood the wrong thing and gave people the wrong meals which the manager asked us to eat instead. The meals also did not come out at the same time and one person had sat waiting until everyone had finished to only just receive his meal. Overall the worst experience and grumpy staff. Would not recommend.

The Pizza was good. The garlic bread was very tasty. The Minestrone Soup was OK. The staff were lovely. There was a $1 charge for the small pizza box to take away the left over pizza. There was another mystery $1 charge that they couldn't work out and I said after 10 minutes "Forget it" I'll pay what you say. There is a requirement to tell people what you are charging them BEFORE you charge them :P
