TD Wright plumbing replaced a 16yo HWS at my investment property and charged me $1566 (which has been paid). No more than 36hrs later there was no hot water supplying my investment property. TD Wright were sent back to my property under my request, as this had to be related. On the second visit TD Wright replaced the 16yo valve that coincidentally had stopped the supply of hot water to the property and charged me another $201 (has not been paid)Before I paid any invoices I contacted Tim the director of TD Wright Plumbing - I questioned why this wasn't part of the service?? I phoned some other companies and they ensured me that when installing the new HWS it is common practise to replace this valve.Tim is a very opinionated and angry individual. He prides himself on being amicable and keeping things within reason. However, he spoke to me on the phone as if I was an idiot. Tim offered me a discounted invoice (removing only the 30mins of travel time the worker took to fix the original fail) via email which I have never received. I have since received a debt collectors email chasing the monies I apparently owe....A little passive aggressive TD Wright 'Plumbing and Maintenance', after all this is your name?!
These guys have been to my property a few times now. I trust them so much that I just leave a key and they can turn up to do the work while I'm at work. They enjoy making their customers happy and it shows in their level of customer service and work. Response times are excellent and all work is carried out thoroughly. Highly recommended business.
Can't recommend TD Wright enough. Great bunch of guys, very knowledgeable, awesome problem solving attitude and a team who will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done the 'Wright' way. Highly recommend.
