Posting on behalf of my son who loved his new shoes, staff were very friendly and helpful.
I am super impressed with Hype DC Geelong. I went in yesterday afternoon, and was served by Daniel. He was really helpful, suggested shoe cleaner as I was purchasing white shoes and was still very positive about the fact that my size in the shoes I was after weren't in store. Alternatively, he could get them sent to me in a few business days before Christmas which was perfect. I woke up to a package from Hype this morning (less than 18 hours later!) and I'm so impressed. Thanks for the amazing service at such a hard time of year!
Workers need more training
customer service was some of the best. shipping orders directly just for a customer is awesome let alone asking if there was any concerns and making sure it was all okay!
