I can't give zero stars, which is what this company deserves. Despite an email from Kevin confirming everything on the morning I was expecting them, they did not show up. Did not call me to say they weren't showing up. When I rang to see what was going on I was told I was rude and that they don't want my business anyway. Honestly I've never experienced customer service like it. Absolutely disgusting. I'm looking at it as a blessing in disguise as I wouldn't have wanted to entrust my belongings to them.If you're reading this, hopefully you're doing your due diligence before booking, unlike me! I strongly advise you not to use this company.
They saved my bacon and gave me back my weekend. Didn't cost nearly what I thougt it might.
