Ive been a loyal customer of this store/site for many years. Service had always been good unfortunately a string of events lead me to this review. I tried to amend an order, couldnt get through on the phone so sent an email, 2 months later got a reply but no resolution. My last two orders havent arrived and Ive had no response to my emails. Another order was cancelled due to supplier issues, I understand this happens but my refund was applied to an old cancelled card and I havent been able to get a refund back to my account. They used to ship items as they were available but now they batch them and if something gets cancelled by the supplier you can lose the whole order, quite significant in the world of collectibles. These guys used to be superstars, now, not so much. Very disappointed.
I've gotten a heap of statues and collectables from these guys, even had some good chats when up to the conventions in Sydney; friendly and knowledgeable that I've found.Real decent collection of items from the states at alright prices.... especially with preorders and when you get in fast!Good layby and flexi pay system.Just if you need questions answered or something sorted, call instead of writing. Apparently lots of emails for these guys to work through and I've had one or two lost in their mountain, but which have been easily sorted once I've called.
Ordered a ceramic teapot online which arrived chipped. I rang and was advised to send an email with images as proof and they would resolve the problem instantly. A week later still no response. I finally got fed up enough to ring them back again. Apparently they had forgotten. They issued a refund eventually. Frustrating process when there is no communication with customer. Placed a second and third order hoping the first was just a one off. Yet after over a week of processing for both, I rang to ask what was happening. They were yet to be picked at the warehouse. Not good enough when postage isnt free and the website claims a 2-3 day turn around. Next time Ill order somewhere else.
Staff are fantastic - knowledgeable and obliging. Great selection of items and good deals.
Lots of nerdy stuff. If they don't have it they will find it and bring it in for you. Great range. Great staff. Great location. There is always something new to see and usually everyone is in a good mood.
