Walked in after hours and our pet was treated by very friendly staff. The vet was very informative and helpful. Highly recommended.
Elly mae has been treated by Kardinia for many years. We moved away from Geelong for 3 yrs and on return unfortunately has now got to visit every week due to her diabeties condition. I cannot recommend them enough, they are supportive in advice and assistance with maintaining her wellbeing. ALL the staff are amazing with Elly which make her visits so easy and stress free. Would not even consider going elsewhere

This practice needs to get its act together, but it will have to do this without our help. We are long time clients who arrived at the clinic at 7:40pm, twenty minutes before the advertized closing time. Our dog appeared to have had a severe allergic reaction, but the vet appeared to want to close up early. The clinic door was shut as we got out of the car and then the lights went out. We phoned them and it rang out. We waited for the vet to come out which she did at two minutes to eight. They were doing something out the back and suggested we go to the emergency clinic. We suggest the business hours of Kardinia Vet Clinic should be treated as a guide rather than a fact. Some of our experiences there, over the past few years, have been hit and miss. This was the last straw. We'll take the camel elsewhere!
