Went to withdraw money from over the counter today to be told they dont have tellers open on a Saturday and to use the ATM. My question is .... Why are you open then? The ATM would not provide me with the amount I need. I have always had revolting service from this bank. I will be closing my accounts Monday.
Helpful staff and normally, efficient service. Some smiles and more pleasant greetings would boost the atmosphere of the branch.
Pretty disgusted that I went to the BANK on a Saturday morning to do a cash withdrawal and was told that there were no teller services and that I could only access cash via the ATM. The amount that I needed exceeded my daily limit so I was left stuck. The ANZ worker said that the information regarding no teller services was on the internet. The branch operating hours that I accessed on the internet didn't state anything. Who would think that I would need to go to the website to see what services were available on what days!!!
