Worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Felt like a criminal trying to withdraw cash from my own account because signature was slightly different from when I opened it over 2 years ago, passport and driving licence was not satisfactory I.D and had to go through integration with the whole bank listening in. Staff should stick to their job and not be so nosey asking what I want MY money for and what MY money is getting spent on.
had to wait over an hour to get served. Just to see the teller. So ridiculous
Met with Paul the Lending Manager who sorted out my loan transfer and loan on new home purchase. He was professional and upfront and friendly to deal with throughout the whole process. Everything delivered on time. Strongly recommend Paul!
Worst customer service, special the lady call para. She doesn't know what she's doing and even just simple enquiry about increasing the daily withdraw limit. Took more than 20mins for her to do in front of the computer whereas I went other day by a young lady in teller to do it just within 5 mins! When I told para it was a bad customer service, she didn't feel sorry instead she talked over me... very disappointed with the entire service at this branch and will put me to consider if commonwealth bank still has the best customer service?
