Paula is very knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful!My initial visit was for a massage which was given to me as a gift from my boyfriend. The massage was amazing, so relaxing. From this I got talking about the challenges I've been having with my skin. I'm now mid 40 and I could see changes in my skin that were not for the best but I had no idea of how to tackle the problems myself. Paula devised a plan of attack and I have been really pleased with the results.If you find yourself in the same situation as me where you don't know how to treat your skin I can't suggest strongly enough a visit to see Paula.
My husband surprised me by booking me in for some pampering at flawless beauty concept. The morning of the appointment I had to ring and cancel as I spent the night before incredibly unwell with gastro which made the rounds as my sons childcare. What was supposed to be some much needed "me" time became a $112 cancellation fee! I understand my cancellation on the day is inconvenient, but seriously charging my husband a cancellation fee when there is absolutely no way I can attend the appointment without spreading gastro is a slap in the face!Edited to add:After posting this review my husband received a rather negative text message from flawless beauty concept regarding this review. Disgusting!Edited in response to flawless concept:I'm a repeat customer to flawless beauty concept. No phone call was made to myself or my husband after I left an answering machine message to say I was too sick to even drive. Which would have been the opportunity to discuss?Insteas you opted to send a text message to say our credit card had been charged $112, then another text message from you in anger that we had exercised our right to leave a Google review.
