Worst waxing experience Ive ever had. If there was an option to give 0 stars, that is what I would rate my experience here. I went in for a Brazilian, wasnt given a towel to cover myself with, the wax was too hot, the lady was very inexperienced (which meant it was more painful and took longer). She was going to charge me an extra $30 for an additional single strip of hair to be removed. When she was done, she left the room without waiting for me to cover myself (opening the door into the salon where other customers were). Avoid at all costs.
Honestly just dont get your eyebrows threaded here. Hospitality is extremely poor, staff were rude and unwelcoming. I got my brows done around three weeks ago and the lady threaded them wrong, literally taking off half of my hair which resulted in my eyebrow looking like the cat scratch style. Ive tried letting my hair grow back but the mark is still there. Overall just dont risk it cause my eyebrows are messed up now.
Visited on 26/10 and asked for a brow wax, brow tint and lash tintThe moment I laid down without a word she put the (boiling) hot wax above my brows and underneath without even consulting me as to what I wanted.She didnt even bother to brush my brows out or cleanse my skin before this When wiping my lash tint off she never bothered to bathe my eyes, she just used SCENTED wipes with a heavy hand, which made them sting more and forced my eyes open with her pungent smelling fingers to wipe my eyeballs with SCENTED wipes. I had to ask her for water and got up off the bed and wet a tissue and bathed my eyes myself while she stood there being huffy.(Never had a problem with stinging before either)I paid $39 for three services as a treat to myself and walked out feeling worse than I did when I walked in, knowing I couldve done a better job myself with some wax nads strips from Safeway and some tinting kits.No apology. Look elsewhere if service is important to you. Ill be going to Hayley at Ren in Yarra St from now - wonderful service and results.
They always do my eyebrow tint and threading amazingly!However, be careful when getting an eyelash tint. The dye stung like all hell and when the technician wiped it off, she wiped it too hard down into my eye. After having chemicals wiped into my eyes, the technician told me I shouldnt of opened my eyes, when I certainly did not open my eyes once. Will get eyebrows done again. Will not get another lash tint ever again.
