BUT MAIN THING IS I GOT PRODUCT I WANTED.LUV THE STAFF, EXPERT ADVICE & SERVICES & PRODUCTS @ HAIRHOUSE WAREHOUSE WAURN PONDS. I HAVE SHOPPED & HAD MY HAIR DONE THERE FOR 16 YEARS!! I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE! U BERNIE & GIRLS

I remember coming in here when I was younger to buy hair dye, my mum told me I was aloud to dye my hair as long as it was henna based and I didn't bleach my hair cause she didn't want my hair to be damaged, those were her only rules as she believed I should have creative freedom/expression over my hair. she wasn't with me at the time I went into the store and an assistant came up to me and asked me if I needed help in a rude snarky tone, I told her I was looking for a pink hair dye and she then replied to me does your mother know you're here in an extremely rude tone and stood over me. I replied yes she did and she continued to stand over me asking if she was here to which I told her she wasn't, this rude woman then told me that I had to go get my mum to come with me into the store and she wouldn't sell me anything. she then told me to leave the store and as I looked backed she was whispering about me to her coworkers. been years and i'm still bitter about it, did continue dying my hair but never went into that nasty store again. I was a very shy and soft-spoken with people I didn't know, there was no reason for her to treat me this way and stop my self expression
Great customer service, the wonderful ladies who served me dropped everything to help me find a colour that matched the one I currently have in my hair,,, very thankful for their help and usually shop their for all my hair related needs
