Would have given it a 5 but for a small hitch with me booking on line from New Zealand and then when I arrived here in Geelong being asked to produce a Utility Bill as proof of who I was. I ask you, "Who Carrie's Utility Bill's when they are on Holiday!"
These guys were awesome and I'm so grateful to have rented a new car for a couple of weeks. I learned that the thrill wears of in exactly that amount of time and then it's just another boring car. Top class service, really friendly and I owe them at least a cut of $29950 that I didn't have to spend on a 1995 Corolla with the Bluetooth connectivity to rival a post office Nokia.
They gave us a great new car even though we only booked for a small corolla. Service was quick and efficient. Overall, a great experience nonetheless.
Over charged petrol Service person refused refund Called head office - no answer. AppallingManager emailed, service person rang and refunded the charge. Could have been avoided if the car was checked properly.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Extremey unprofessional customer service, no understanding or flexibility. After being informed by my insurance provider I would need to pay a $200 bond for the rental car. When I arrived I was then asked to pay $400 bond, which I did not have. They wouldnt allow me to take the car, I suggested they ring the insurance provider but all they could suggest to me was to go to the bank and return. I would never use there services. Very unsatisfied customer and completly humiliated.
