This medical practice is simply terrific!From the moment I walked in the receptionist said, " Hello and welcome to our practice! "My wait time was quite short considering how busy they seemed and the Lady Doctor I saw, Dr Wali I think?(apologies if I got that wrong) was simply lovely. Extremely caring, professional, thorough and compassionate. An utter joy to be treated by this lovely doctor and the entire practice including the adjacent pharmacy were just marvelous.I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wish I could give them more than just a 5 star rating!
Worst medical center ever. Reception do not care and have no interest.Dr Alison Madden, i suggest you find a new job. Washing cars or something as you are no good at being a doctor.
I have never had a positive experience at Health E Medical. During phone calls and visits I felt unwelcome. After multiple experiences with rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and abrupt reception staff I decided to move to another practice. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
I have been going to this clinic for a few years now as my Dr retired , i chose a Dr only to find out he is always fully booked.The good news is there are other Drs there that can help me with my issues as they have permission to view my medical file, so their are no issues.As for Training staff i find them to be Polite and very helpful if they don't know an answer to anything they will go to the clinic manager to get an answer for me.so two thumbs up for Health Medical Clinic.Regards Raelene
Literally one of the worst medical experiences of mylife. Dr Alison Maiden is literally a smiling assassin. No compassion or professional care. Made terrible assumptions that werent true. Treated me appallingly. Will never go back. Am still stunned at her aggressive rudeness. What a revolting experience.
