Have gone down hill since I last went extremely rude and dont want to fix Geelong hospitals mistakes
Caring and supportive staff with good facilities.
I was given confusing information, and simple operation was stuffed up. Nurse kept disappearing, hospital never followed up on me. Compared to Geelong Hospital - way substandard.
I had to go here for a MRI, and I got there early, so they started the procedure early instead of me waiting. They were so helpful and were reassuring considering I was very anxious about being in a hospital. The signage was very good, I made my way around to the imaging department easily without getting lost.
I would like to thank all the caring wonderful staff at this hospital. My mum has just stayed here and l have to say how grateful and appreciative l am to all the nurses , doctor and all who cared for my mum. The staff really care and l couldnt have asked for better care. Thank you so much..
