We stayed here over the weekend to watch the bike race. What a stunning view of the water from the hotel. The service was great and we really enjoyed the buffet breaky in the mornings!
This was our first visit to Novotel. We we're lucky enough to stay in the new renovated rooms. Had a great feel to it. Staff were friendly.Downside was the car parking (small area and staff under pressure to move them). Air conditioning (the room key disabled it so room got very warm).
Poor service if your not a millionaire, couldnt even get clean towels for me and my family to use had to ask twice and explain myself for clean towels.. they also drove my car like a manic in valet parking.And I got double charged too but that was resolved reasonably quickly Wouldnt recommend, or will I be staying here again.
Loved it. The place is beautiful, my room was really nice. The staff were great and the restaurant food was brilliant.
A great place stay in Geelong on a business trip. Clean and tidy, very comfortable. A nice touch I enjoyed was the option to decline a daily room change with a bonus for the guest in return. Well done whoever thought of it, a good practical environmental initiative that makes business sense; a win-win for the hotel and the customer. Thanks for the stay, hope to be back.
