The beds were comfortable and the pillows were relatively new. They may want to think about replacing the floor with tiling, as it was more than evident where people who were dripping wet had walked over the years. My wife and I were curious if pets were allowed, as the Christmas tree in the foyer truly smelled of urine; perhaps some dogs were marking their territory regardless that the tree was artificial.

Booked a room for one night, upon arrival the room smelt musty and damp. No wanting to be a pain and make complaints or waste time changing rooms, we continued on with our stay in Geelong. Both woke up the next morning with sore throats which later developed into the flu (prior to arrival, we were both in perfect health). When checking in, we were not advised there was a charge to utilise the hotel car park. We were then charged a $20 parking fee when checking out the next morning. In addition, we were double charged our nights stay. When I called to query the charge, I was advised there was a "system error" that charged my card twice. I asked to speak with the manager, who advised me someone had entered the notes into the system incorrectly hence the duplicate charge (obviously, as computers don't make mistakes - they work off human input). Not only was I lied to about the error, I was also advised it would take at least 3 business days for the funds to be returned to my account. We will never stay here again, nor would we recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to be deceived, charged twice for your stay, and finish your holiday with the flu, then enjoy!
Good service, especially from restaurant/kitchen staff. Hallways were a bit dingy, dimly lit and sterile. Room was quite large - space to sit around and an entrance to the room too. All up, a pleasant experience, but also nothing to rave about.
Absolutely great hotel which is a modern place to relax. The buffet breakfast is an absolute must. The only problem was that sometimes the elevators go a bit slow, but thats all. Great job
