I really liked the pizza - it is very good quality for its price. Seafood pasta and pork special were delicious. The triamisu is amazing. Great customer service too. It deserves a higher rating than five stars!
Expensive but very, very good! Try out the amazing range of pastas or of the steak. I've had it on good authority that the swordfish was fantastic and I regret not having it. The olives entre were completely delicious and I'm glad we had to share or I'd have scoffed the lot!Didn't get a chance for desert, but I'm sure it's just as good.
We are very impressed with the excellent treatment at Caruggi Italian Restaurant. We actually booked a table at Alma Geelong for mums birthday but were told by the cold treatment by Sarah from Alma that there was none. However Caruggi was accommodating and its 2 female staff made our day and mum's birthday ended up happily. Caruggi staff brought the happy occasion to another level that a candle and sparklers came along....we did not ask for it. We will return to Caruggi where its warmth put Alma to shame. Well done Caruggi where service and hospitality is top notch.
