Pat Bohan has organised many holidays for us and we have found his service to be absolutely exceptional. On a recent holiday to Bali we found our provided room to be less than we expected. Pat not only rectified the issue quickly by liaising with the hotel and upgrading us to a much nicer room, but he did so on his day off. Unbeatable service. Thanks again Patty!
