10/10 the staff are so kind and helpful, always wanting to help you out best you can. I am currently booking my second trip with Student flights! All the girls have been so many places and they're all keen to tell you their honest experience. Truly amazing!!
My friend and I booked a return flight overseas together with Bec, who was lovely and very helpful. We were satisfied with Student Flights until our flight home where we discovered that we werent sitting next to each other. When we got to the airport, they notified us that we werent part of the same booking and therefore had never been allocated seats together on the flights. We requested last minute to be seated together, but because the flight was so full they could not accomodate to our needs. We were very disappointed that we hadnt been put in the same booking as we assumed it would have been a given since we booked together.I dont think well book again through Student Flights until they know that people who book together probably want to sit together for the long 14 hour and 8 hour flights.
