We received prompt and efficient service when we had a problem with our navigation system SD card. Thanks to Andrew we were on our way again quickly. Couldn't fault the service.
On the day, the buying of the car was fine. Picking up the car was also fine. The sales person promised that a couple of things for the car would be mailed. They didn't show up. A follow up resulted in excuses and further promises. Still unfulfilled. What would otherwise be a great experience was diminished. And the following car services etc will go elsewhere on the assumption that the whole dealership is also as lacking in follow through.
