Good service and follow-up if any concerns
I have been a loyal customer with these guys since I bought my car in 2011. The bottom line is that the services are far to expensive. I think they have even charged me for the 'next service' sticker on my windscreen. I'm actually embarrassed telling my friends and family about how much my basic services have cost because the reaction I get. This is not a good sign. Also, I'm not satisfied that the extra concerns I had about my car were adequately addressed. Without boring you with the details, I was very disappointed and no better off.I was looking for a company I could trust, but I can't help but feel taken advantage of. After my service today, I will no longer be taking my car there.
As far a dealerships go it's not the worst. But they can be a bit of a rip off. Went in for a service, they rang me and told me I needed a new brake light globe, they quoted me $45 for a globe..Like I said they aren't the worst but probably best to shop elsewhere for stuff you can do yourself. Got a twin pack of brake light globes for $7. Just be weary.
Ben and Scott were amazing to deal with.I had a car accident in which my car was written off and as I wasn't prepared for this situation that I found myself in, talking to Ben made the purchase of the new car much easier.The down to earth nature of both Ben and Scott made it a pleasure to go there.Nothing was a problem they even gave me a loan car when I found myself with no car until mine was ready.The day of pick up was a late one but they never hurried us up they were happy to take us through everything and gave us their numbers for follow ups.I would highly recommend Winter and Taylor.
