Fantastic customer service! Had the pleasure of meeting the owner this afternoon. It's not often you meet a genuine nice guy in the retail industry. This guy went above and beyond. A great store, with a big range of sweet guitars. Looking forward to coming back soon.
I cant speak highly enough of Adam and the crew at A & B Music. They always take the time to chat, are very knowledgeable and happy to be competitive with prices. Old school customer service the way it should be. Great job guys you are a credit to the industry!

You will not find a better Music Store for expert advice and friendly helpful service, I am not an easy customer very fussy with everything, Adam and all his staff have always found the time to help no matter when I have called in, even the times it hasn't ended in a sale. Always found the time for a chat and expert advice. If only more stores in Geelong made the time for the customer as Adam and his team do. Keep up the great work Guys. Lester.
