A big shout out to John for his help and professionalism yesterday when my daughter and I were looking to purchase a washing machine for her.There was nothing on the floor that would have fitted the space she had, so he got on line and found something suitable for her, so much more helpful than another electrical place we had been to and had to walk out of because no attention as we stood there waiting for 10 minutes. Was looking for a TV but had very little time to shop. I went to Betta in Geelong West late morning , picked out a TV and they delivered it that afternoon. Very helpful staff made shopping very easy and very pleased with new TV.
