Walked in asking for a product and the older service guy laughed in my face telling me theres no such thing. It took me 15 seconds to google the product in question a 1/4 inch adapter for headphones. I told him that maybe instead of laughing and me and trying to belittle me he should just do his job and help me find what I was after. Mind you this was already after 10 minutes in the store with no offer of assistance. As I was leaving he said that they havent been called that for 20 years... so he did know he was just being a mysogynistic clerk wasting my time. They did have the product in question which is all he needed to get to do his job.I would think twice now before going back.

In my top 3 favourite shops in Geelong. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. When they have a customer who actually does some prior research, bringing category numbers, they go above and beyond. Any tech queries about electronics and programming gets sorted. Every time I go in for something I end up bringing out far more than I planned and budgeted for.The thick quarterly catalogues ---- >>> BRILLIANT!

Just went in there to ask about a antenna part for my TV that has come off. RAY was his name and helpful he was not he was arrogant and told me it had to be fixed like I didnt already know that. So I asked where could I take it to be fixed and he couldn't even tell me a tv repair place he told me to google it myself so thanks ray but your service at jay car was terrible and useless.
