Good room and bathroom. Good location.Arrived on a Saturday evening, checked in and went for dinner at a restaurant on the beach.Returned to the motel after 10pm, no staff in reception. The TV in the room was not working, I tried all option explained in the compendium, the WIFi was not available.In the customer service industry staff needs to be proactive (not reactive) towards clients. Make sure that all services are working before providing, inform to the client key operations at checking, e.g WIFI access procedures.Enrique Cofre
Interesting motel. Not sure that they appreciate returning guests. Being in accommodation managment ourselves we expect a liitle bit more than a coursey conversation.
Have stayed many times for work reasons basically whenever I need accommodation in or around geelong I always ask to be booked in at the Belmercer Very clean modern rooms comfortable beds friendly staff and under cover parking

Excellent location and great being able to park your car directly underneath. Friendly staff and very clean facilities. Motel is a little tired but nothing worth staying away for. Very reasonably priced.
