I loved the accommodation! It was so close to the beach! But the car parking could be inproved

Poorest service ever received! Rang to speak to the motel with regards to a cancellation and was yelled at over the phone by a man with an indian/middleeastern/egyptian accent (note to motel management)I contacted the motel number listed on the website and the phone rang out (fair enough). But then I receive a call from a mobile number and upon answering it was a gentleman who asked why I had rung their motel line? ( WHY ELSE WOULD SOMEONE RING A MOTEL?) When I did state that I was calling about a cancellation, he yelled at me with his profanity and hung up the phone. My reason for cancelling that booking was because I needed to add and delete dates. I won't be rebooking. I have never received such disgusting service from anywhere.
Was in geelong for medical reasons and being close to all ammenities was perfect for us. We booked gor 2 but ended up 3 ppl went and they were more than happy to accomodate us. The lady at reception waz friendly chatty and made us feel very comfortable
Don't go here to stay the owner of the hotel would not know what customer service is all she is after is your hard working money .never again will I book here and I will tell everyone that I know as well
