One Star would be excessive for my experience with Crichton RemovalsI hope they get their act together so no one has to endure such a disorganised, uncoordinated removals experience with inadequate &non existent labelling of items in boxes, with damage to some furniture & personal effects, After nearly 3 weeks since the move locating far toomany essential items continues. Would not recommend them.
I've used Crighton twice now and both times the staff have been fantastic (and I've moved house 14 times, so I know amazing removalists!) From the initial call to Sarah to book the service, to the guys who came and lifted and shifted my belongings, every step in the process was made effortless by the team. Shout out to Peter and Josh who went above and beyond to make sure every piece of furniture squeezed through narrow doorways (and windows!) carefully, all with a smile and professional attitude. Would definitely recommend.
Can and will highly recommend Crichtons into the future. They were all very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, from Sarah in the office taking the booking and patiently giving me possible dates and pricing (Daryl too) and to the boys on the job. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went smoothly. You'd be mad to try anywhere else! They have the basics well covered ..... they are show up on time, are competent and polite and all this package is very well priced. Great job again Crichtons, thanks!
Excellent service. Not a single damage nor scratch to any of my furniture or house. Definitely worth paying a bit more to ensure all your properties were well looked after.
5 Star team, 5 star service. Darryl & his team co ordinated my Mums move from Sydney NSW to Geelong Victoria. Her goods were stored for 5 weeks until her home was ready. Guys turned up on time, set up her recliner chair so she could be comfortable, while they unpacked her stuff. Very thoughtful team. Guys were very careful in her new home, no scuffs or bumps. Very happy customer.
