Id like to highly recommend James and his Pack and Send business to anyone who has to send parcels anywhere in Australia or overseas. James was really helpful in explaining how I could send my fragile artworks interstate and another one which went to Scotland in record time, two and a half days which was brilliant. James has also followed up with phone calls to advise that my parcels have arrived which has been great. Great customer service and Ill certainly be using James services again.
I had to send a fairly large package to Perth, W.A. last week . I went into Pack and Send after reading some favourable reviews on line. James the store owner looked after me making sure my package was securely closed the the appropriate packing tape and labelled off it went. The package was delivered after four days which was confirmed by the tracking information James supplied.The next day I received a phone call from Pack and Send in Geelong informing me that my parcel had arrived safely at it's destination.Great service and well done Pack and Save ( Geelong ).
