The actual moving guy are super good. I remember their names are Adam and Nick. Thanks for your hard work.Just remember confirm every single thing with them by writing. The quote may be changed. They are not so reliable.
Do not use this company!! If I could give zero stars, I would. 1. Their quote was not clear and they ended up being way more expensive than all of their competitors. 2. We tried to use their packing service. They took more hours than what they had quoted due mostly to the fact that the guy who seemed to be in charge being on his phone for 75% of the time they were there. They also packed up things I asked them not to and left things that should have been packed.3. They took an hour extra to actually arrive at our house on moving day - long smoko somewhere?4. The guy backing the first truck in took a chunk out of our letterbox at a rental property.5. We still had to do three more trips on our own to move the stuff they left.6. We are now going to set up things like beds and trampolines and there are parts missing everywhere.When we tried to talk to them about the issues, they were very quick to try and defend themselves with no apologies, acknowledgments or offers to make amends. Steer clear!
I could not be more complimentary of their service. Adam and Peter arrived and were very professional, pleasant, polite and extremely helpful throughout the day. It was a pleasure to work with them.
Amazing!!! Rang late 2017 for a quote with Lyn/Lynette who was so courteous and guided me through each step. Rang last week to book in and was greeted on the phone again by the same lady and the same great service. Was amazed to receive a phone call yesterday to confirm booking and locations which put me at ease that they would turn up! Today Adam, Bruce, Peter and Carlon arrived at location on time and powered through packing up the trucks and in no time had delivered all our goods with no damage or issues. The guys were great and so easy to get along with. Highly recommend using!
