Amazing customer service from start to finish, the car Dealer Mark went above and beyond to show me the Swift lines - the difference between, the finer details and everything I needed to know as well as being a stand up guy himself. Every part of the team at the dealership that I dealt with were more than accommodating, especially Russ the finance manager. I could not be more pleased with his efforts. Walked away happy and relieved after a previous horror story with an independent dealership. Thanks fellas.
A few services & this place consistently disappoints. Give details of a problem to turn up & find they never even told the technician properly & have to wait for the fix! Don't update maps at all without a huge fee. Wash the car so badly I can't see it out of the windscreen if the light hits it wrong.
