Both buyers and sellers beware! Worst agent I have EVER dealt with in 19 years of buying and selling property. Completely unprofessional and seemingly only interested in getting the commission from the sale as quickly as possible. Not interested in working with potential buyers. Not interested in having potential buyers inspect at a time that suits before they insist on potential buyers "submitting their highest offer". Oh and if you think doing it that way is a good thing, think about this... If 5 potential buyers "submit their highest offer" and yours isn't the best, bad luck! No chance to counter offer (and also get more $$ for their vendor). Ending in a lose/lose situation while the agent happily takes their commission.Edit: As to the response below, clearly they don't do "all they can" and sadly for the vendor as a result of the agent's lack of professionalism the person willing to spend the most may not be the person who the agent decides is the buyer. Like I said, it's lose/lose for potential buy and vendor while the agent gets their commission regardless. The number 1 goal of an agent should be to gain as much return for their vendors as possible. And this isn't being done by this agent.
