Had nothing but fantastic service from the team at Buxton East Geelong. Jessica Begg-Mccoll was my property manager during my lease with them - she communicated everything very clearly throughout both the moving in and moving out process, as well as everything in between. Would definitely rent through Buxton again given the chance.
What a joke. Property manager hasn't got a clue, we rented a property for only 6 weeks and we wont do it again... We just used Buxton to sell our house and then whilst renting got treated like rubbish.Steer clear of them.
Buxton is a joke. Property Manger is poor at communication, never answers questions directly. Late to inspections without texting until over an hour later. Moved over from another rental place who was wonderful, had nothing but problems with these guys. They dont even do direct debit/cash in person only internet banking, previous place did.
Cancel rental inspections without notification. Dont answer phone calls to clarify information. Poor effort
As a renter who improved the property I wasn't happy.. things I was told they'd pay for but then refused.. I personally wouldn't use them again, if u have to make sure u have everything in writing..
