Originally decided to engage this company for my rental investment due to some good service from the companies previous employer who sold another property of mine.However, the rental management I reciveied was unprofessional and from my experience non exsistent. I was never notified when my original property manager had left the business. On releasing my property the only advice was to drop the rent to one of the lowest in Geelong and this still took 3 months. Admittedly the property was older but not the worst around.The communication was poor. I rent a few houses throughout throughout Australia and this is the worst I've come across.
