Ive never felt so let down by a realestate. We received a new agent who I wont mention by name, but uses the fact that they are new and started very recently as an excuse for not having the knowledge of issues that arose prior to their stationing at this agency. There are email records, which were recounted. We also never refused urgent repairs, as youve said, we refused the landlady coming with less than the legal requirements for notice. The tradesperson attending the property was never refused.As a realestate your job is to provide support for both landlady or lord and tenants, but both agents we have had have provided us, the tenants, with no such support. I would strongly discourage anyone from renting with you due to this, especially young adults who are experiencing renting for the first time. Im sorry for this negative review but I feel its a must for the way weve been treated as of late.
Way beyond the scorecard was the treatment and sale of our property on the esplanade in Geelong. A premium property needed a premium approach and Stacey and her team got us way above the asking reserve and in doing so has enabled us to move on with doing a lot more in our lives.
