DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY!They do not care about tenants or tenants rights. Even if you are a perfect tenant that pays rent on time every week & asks for the bare minimum in maintenance requests(which took ages to action anyway), they will still walk all over you any chance they get. Especially if you decide to end your tenancy. We mainly dealt with Ogre, I mean Olga, and she basically tried to use her Authority as a property manger to bully us any chance she got. So glad we never have to deal with this agency again! *Absolutely stand by everything I have said. There were multiple urgent repairs that were definitely not dealt with promptly. For example my son is allergic to mosquitos & there was a rip in the flywire in his bedroom. I sent multiple emails, with no contact on their behalf, and ended up having to go into the office to ask what was going on... before they all took off for the Christmas break. I had actually met the owner of the property (who was lovely might I add) who explained to me that any maintenance that was not actioned had nothing to do with him as he had instructed Prime to deal with it & take any payments out of the rent. They way Olga treated us in the end of our tenancy was not respectful at all. There was no budging or consideration when it came to the open for inspections. There were multiple that didnt suit us (like holding one when we were having our carpets cleaned & in the middle of us moving out) but that was irrelevant in her eyes and she didnt respect or compromise with us at all.
Prime Real Estate are the most professional and proficient agency we have come across! Gina has sold two properties for us far exceeding our expectations which was a credit to her dedication and commitment. Prime Real Estate have also managed our rental property with such care and professionalism making it an absolute pleasure to deal with them. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
BEST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD!! Would definitely recommend Prime Real Estate as your first stop. As a landlord of several properties with Prime RE, I have never had any issues with any of my properties. The process is very smooth and quick. I have had previous dealings with other agencies, and Prime RE is by the most efficient and caring agency.
