i wanted to share my experience with the receptionist last week. She was so lovely, warm and welcoming. I have been to dozens of other realestate agencies and all of their receptionists have snatched my rental application off me, and ushered me out of the door. I wish I got this young woman's name. I'm eager for a particular rental with Fruit and this woman helped ease my anxiety about being successful with it. Still awaiting results. I'm a receptionist myself and nothing is more deflating than having a useless, discouraging reception and front office staff. I can't comment on the property managers yet, and I have never met a good one, but this one receptionist is putting the business in my good books for now :)
I've been a tenant with fruit property for a while now and whenever i have had an issue it has been sorted ASAP. I would like to thank fruit property for their great service, there is always someone to help in any situation and the sense of urgency is top notch compared to other real estates i have been with. Despite what i have read on here i have never had any issues with fruit, sounds like some people are just angry at the world :)
Every experience I've had with the property managers and other staff has always been friendly and efficient. Always quick to get back to you if you have any questions or issues and very helpful solving any problems. When the time comes for me to move I will definitely rent with them again !
I have used many property managers to care for my 22 rental properties and the girls at Fruit property are the best.Always onto maintenance and looking out for my tenants.I wish i had started using them years ago.
One would think with the number of real estate agents in Geelong that service would be top-notch in order to remain competitive. Fruit Property is by far the worst and most unprofessional agency in the area. Treated like nothing and made to feel humiliated and stupid despite having made a legal transaction with them.
