My most recent property in particular achieved a higher that expected weekly rental, and as always was brought about in her efficient and professional manner and with a minimum of fuss. Tamara has been both professional and personable, and I look forward to having her lease out my properties again in the future. Terrible dealings w Gartlands trying to find a rental property for when my family and I relocate. The lady answering the main line is obnoxiously rude because I'm just a tenant? Who knows. I am still waiting on a callback for a house in Belmont. I am not suprised at Adam@Gartlands social etiquette to peoples opinions. Just rude. Looking for agents with manners? Not here.
